About the Cause
Through a wholly holistic approach, Ebony Horse Club supports young people across Lambeth to improve their mental and physical health, as well as raising aspirations and improving key life skills. Our focus is ensuring that all of our young people are supported to achieve their goals in life, whilst having fun in a safe and supported environment. Through a structured programme of youth work, we support approximately 150 young people per week to access our services, with a regular cohort of members attending at least weekly. Alongside our ridden and non-ridden programmes of work here at the yard we also make sure to get out and about as much as possible. Throughout the year we have a busy schedule of day trips and residential trips on weekends and school holidays such as beach rides, cross country rides, and educational visits to other yards, or professional bodies.
