Designed by World Bicycle Relief, the Buffalo Bicycle isn’t your typical bike. While most of the world’s bicycles are lightweight, complex and made for recreation, we designed the Buffalo to meet the pressing needs of people in rural regions of developing countries. Our collaboration with industry leaders reflects a commitment to creating a stronger, simpler, and sustainable bicycle that can withstand harsh rural conditions.
One Less Car shop was Founded by Michelle Brideau who started cycling as a beginner in 2014. When she started cycle commuting in London, she quickly found that there weren’t any shops geared up for what she needed as a commuter, the focus was always on the sport of cycling. So she started One Less Car, an online shop for those who use their bikes for transport. One Less Car is filled with carefully curated, tried and tested products from independent businesses that care about quality long-lasting products and at the right price point. The store is perfect for beginner cyclists who want get gear that actually works without having to thrift through endless internet pages.
Now a keen cyclist, Michelle keeps a vlog of her cycling journeys (including her trip across Canada which features camping near bears - videos here). Though years of trial and error, she has built up her own knowledge of what actually works. as well as making a lot of friends along the way.
