Movember
November 1 - November 30, 2024
Movember on its own has become an incredible movement. Associated with men growing out their moustaches in support of men's health including awareness for prostate cancer, testicular cancer, as well as men's suicide.
For multiple years Harry's Razers had partnered up with Movember. Specifically, in 2016, Harry's donated $1 from every Truman Shave Set and Truman Razor Handle up to $50,000 to support men's health programs and research.
World Prematurity Day
November 17, 2024
This is an internationally recognized day to help raise awareness for preterm birth. Nearly 15 million babies are born prematurely each year accounting for 10% of all birth worldwide. Unfortunately, premature birth is the leading cause of death for children under the age of 5 worldwide.

Black Friday / Cyber Monday Weekend
November 29 - December 2, 2024
The busiest time of year for retail is the Black Friday Cyber Monday weekend. Every business will be looking for the latest Black Friday ideas to retain customers - the traditional approach was to massively discount items more and more stores are choosing to give back and donate.
While Give Back Friday is a more general approach to supporting a charity over the weekend, there are more and more options available like Blue Friday and Green Friday (see below).

Woman's Aid - donations help provide life-saving services to women and children across the UK
Support Dogs - Provide, Train, and support specialist assistance dogs to increase independence and quality of life for people with various medical conditions
World Bicycle Relief - support goes towards creating and providing bicycles to those living in remote communities
Green Friday

With the heavy environmental footprint associated with Traditional Black Friday, Green Friday has come out as a sustainable alternative. For this day brands will choose to donate and support a sustainable initiative instead of offering massive discounts.
Brands like AYM have run successful Green Friday campaigns. With the 10 for 10 initiative, they offered their customers a 10% discount on all items while ensuring that 10% of sales were donated to the World Land Trust Save an acre programme.

World Land Trust - funded partner organisations around the world to create reserves and give permanent protection to habitats
Carbon Offsetting Initiatives - planting trees to offset carbon emissions
Woodland Trust - help us plant trees, protect woods and inspire people
16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence
November 25 - December 10, 2024
Started in 1991, The 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence is an annual campaign to raise awareness. During the 16 days, people and organisations raise awareness against the multiple forms of violence through a combination of events, marches, online campaigns, and educational programmes.
